Hello everyone.
How are you? Me? Just happy. I had two school competitions last week and I've done them both well.
Anyway, because of studying I didn't write a post last week, and I was not very active on any social media eather.
But, luckily I'm back now with a brand new post.

Kako ste? Ja? Ja sam presrecna. Imala sam dva takmicenja za vikend i oba sam super odradila.
Ali, zbog ucenja nisam stigla da napisem post prosle nedelje, a nisam nesto ni bila aktivna na drustvenim mrezama.
Srecom, sada vam stizem sa novim postom.
I'm presenting you 5 exercise videos you can do at home.
Summer is coming, and you all probably have that small fat on your stomach or thighs that you simply want to disappear. Well trust me, it won't disappear by itself. You need to get your butt off the couch and start working out but, mostly for health.
These workouts are also for those who don't have the time to go to the gym but still want to have a little of exercise.
Predstavljam vam 5. videa za vezbanje koje mozete raditi kod kuce.
Leto stize, i verovatno imate neko malo salo na vasem stomaku ili butinama koje zelite da jednostavno nestane. Pa verujte mi, nece ono samo nestati. Morate da dignete vasu guzu sa kauca i pocnete da vezbate, najvise zbog zdravlja.
Ovo su neke vezbice takodje i za one koji zele da vezbaju a nemaju vremena da odu do lokalne teretane.
Try doing these exercises once a day and I'm sure that you'll see a big progress soon.
These videos are not too long, but highly effective.
Pokusajte da radite neke od ovih vezbica jednom nedeljno i sigurna sam da cete vrlo brzo videti veliku promenu na vasem telu.
Videi nisu predugi ali su zato vrlo efektivni.
Cardio workouts :
I highly recommend you these exercises ↑ I'm doing them as well and I can tell you that you can really feel the burn. This video is a bit longer but still, very effective.
Preporucujem ove videe iznad jer ih i sama radim i mogu vam reci da mozete zaista osetiti bol. Ali kada se to desi samo treba da se nastavi jos malo jer je to znak da vezbe pale.
Iako je ovaj drugi video duzi, jako je dobar.
Legs:
These, these are amazing, probably because the girl who shows us the exercises is really positive and motivational. A pilates workout will totally get your legs in shape for the summer. And you get to sit while you burn. Lol.
Ove, ove su fantasticne pogotovo sto je devojka koja vam ih pokazuje jako pozitivna da vas prosto motivise njeno pricanje. Pilates ce vam totalno dovesti butine u red za leto. A a za nas lenjivce idealno je to sto se sedi dok se rade.
Abs:
Completed in just 7 minutes, this video shows you how to get a killer abs without any equipment.
Add a plank challenge and you'll be in a great shape.
Za samo sedam minuta dnevno mozete dobiti ubitacne plocice na stomaku bez opreme.Dolijte na ove vezbe i plank mesecni izazov i izgledacete savrseno.
And arms:
Now girls, get up and workout.

Nadam se da vas je post barem malo motivisao kako biste pocele da vezbate, mada ne zaboravite da je vase telo savrseno onakvo kakvo jeste.
